Cyberdreamers Beware: Danger Ahead!

Re ''Hacker Attacks on the Internet'' (editorial, Feb. 11):

It is a shame that hacker high jinks have put a new crimp in the e-commerce promise. However, one has to wonder at the costly government expense of tracking down, prosecuting and imprisoning the hackers for their mischief while e-commerce companies are generously lobbying to extend the sales tax exemptions for Internet purchases. This seems a case of representation without taxation.
